AOC and Commodore Perry make the Japanese open up and say ahh-ugh, na, na, na, na!

Recently in the news I saw where AOC took a trip to Japan. During her visit she had occasion to lecture the Japanese on her perception of their dismal record regarding LGBTQIA rights. She told them things needed to change. They need to open to Western ideas and values on sexuality. Ladies and gentlemen, she didn’t even recognize the cruel irony in what she self-righteously said, with all the indignation her #browngirlpower could muster!

Japan’s interactions with the west were filled with White folk telling them what they ought to be doing. This is characterized in the 1^9th century by American forcing at the end of Commodore Perry’s cannons, gun boat diplomacy and the threat of streams of foreign soldiers occupying the land to force the Japanese to open up their markets, land and culture to western influence. And now in 2023, the White man is doing the same thing regarding sexual values except instead of browbeating the Japanese himself (the optics of a White man lecturing inferior peoples), he sends his mulatto Latin X ‘wench of the week’ to brow beat the Japanese (see my Stacy Abrams, Kamala Harris critiques). Never mind that it was the White man’s prior indiscretions during incidents like Commodore Perry forcing Japan open in a 1853-54 expedition or the Opium wars in China that made them suspicious of Western values generally, let alone Western values sexually. Apparently, AOC has overlooked these natural Japanese reactions to White cultural and other forms of imperialism and exploitation that come from dealing with White racist, imperialist capitalist systems…except when it comes to the White man’s liberality regarding sexuality. That AOC will trumpet from Japanese mountain tops as well as America’s mountains.

However to let AOC tell it, she is ‘against the White male imperialist patriarchy, with her protests and critiques of capitalism. No, here in this case she is a willing tool of the very same patriarchal institutional structures of White male racist, cultural imperialist structures she claims she hates so vehemently. That is to say the ‘right’ to lecture inferior nations about how they should treat their women and gays. She is representing the west’s institutional states, built off White men’s historic crimes of slavery and imperialism (according to her) to tell the world what to think and lecture the world about their sexuality. It just happens in this case to be a subject she is passionate about and this we are to suppose excuses the fact that she is using the power and bully pulpit of USA White political power to lecture a brown country (though the Japanese would NEVER admit to any browness) about what 10,000 years or so of recorded history and countless empires, and artistic, cultural, political and religious development and achievements have taught them (about sexuality).

AOC has a lotta nerve. You gotta watch these liberal would-be woman kings and transwoman kings. I have no problem with woman kings and Queens. I have problems with hypocritical ones that assume everybody is as clearly poorly read in history as they are. Marxists who have never read Marx, the only thing they identify with is anarchy and violently overthrowing something, anything; the old ancient aristocratic order, the bourgeois orders, and the religious and ecclesiastical orders. They’ve never made a hairsbreadth of practical sense and actually improving people’s lives out of the philosophic and political roots of Marxism, but they know anarchy, protest and revolution when they see it and they are determined to both ferment it and assume the reins of leading it.

But when they do, they do just what AOC did in Japan; use the power and prestige of the White man and his institutions to drum beat a clearly White Western liberal sexual ‘world view’ and perception of reality opposed to Japanese indigenous values. Is she going to ‘make’ them support the LGBTQIA agenda? Imagine the vanity of AOC; the narcissism (if you will). She’s going to tell the Japanese about the ins and outs of human sexuality and fuss at them if they seem hesitant about implementing ‘her’ worldview on sexuality and LGBTQIA rights.

She owes everything, including her little ‘bully pulpit’ to her position in the White man’s world. She has no ‘power’ outside of that which the White man has endowed her with and endeavored to go through the motions of pretending she deserves. If she worked at Xerox in lower-level management and was stationed in Japan or travelled there selling copiers, would she lecture her Japanese Xerox business associates on how they should be supporting the LGBTQIA community and hiring more LGBTQIA people? She wouldn’t be there long, would she? As a matter of fact, Xerox might give her the option of quitting and staying over there full-time liberating the Japanese LBGTQIA community. I guess she wouldn’t have the nerve or the appetite for poverty however. This is the woman mind you that said $200,000 a year wasn’t enough for an American citizen.

AOC has masters in the Democrat party, just like the successful Black women in the Democrat party know who pays them (and it is not the poor and working Black and brown they claim to be representing). They do their master’s bidding no matter how silly, ignorant, or hypocritical it makes them look in the long run. They know damn well where their buns are buttered whether they have on shirts professing Marxism, they are leading an LGBTQIA rally or they are leading a conference on reparations. They eat well, drink well, live well and are housed well, much better than most of those they claim to lead. One thing is damn sure for certain, AOC, Joy Reid and Ta Nehisi Coates don’t need reparations. But they will hog all the camera time and get nigga kudos pretending like they are trying to get Blacks reparations (or what is worse, pretending like reparations will automatically help Blacks).

Joy Reid will hang her hat on the LGBTQIA movement but the day she tells her husband that he is repressed and brainwashed by intergenerational toxic masculinity and thus he should go out and experiment to find his real self lying dormant under that toxic masculinity, I’ll at least give her credit for being consistent, if stupid. Maybe she and his new lover(s) can live together a la Will Smith family style and Al Cina. No, Joy went to Yale, she’s smarter than that and wouldn’t do it even in the name of her husband’s sexual liberation…but if it were your husband sister, or your child or your family, Joy would have no problem saying oh yes, let’s everybody go out here exploring their sexuality and taking whatever hormones and surgeries they can and are necessary…with your kids and loved ones, not theirs. Or as AOC would say, with Japanese kids not hers. Which brings us to another important point. Look who is doing the talking, telling you (the Japanese) what is wrong with you and how you are behind the times. Talk about ‘splinters and beams’ in people’s eyes, the woman (AOC) telling the Japanese that they should deconstruct and reconstruct human sexuality along liberal western European and American lines your society’s ancient traditions of sexuality and gender, comes from a society with the highest murder rate in the world, the highest crime rate, the highest number of its citizens in jail, incarcerated, on probation and parole, highest percentage of drug and alcohol abuse etc. Ladies and gentlemen of Negritude, I’m asking you the same questions I’m asking the Japanese. Look at who the messengers are and what they represent before you cast out your traditions and the logic of being a mammal on the altar of the new, sacrificing to gods your fathers and mothers knew not.
